I use Urban Decay potion. Also, a good compromise between liquid and pencil liner is an eyeliner pen. It's usually smudgeable and easy to apply like pencil, but it has the look of liquid.

Good luck with your endeavors in make-up!OddGhoulOuthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18418482960938732738noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1342992335835058617.post-23552622435134492422013-08-01T08:08:45.325-07:002013-08-01T08:08:45.325-07:00I envy your evasion of the "melty eyes" ...I envy your evasion of the "melty eyes" :D AsylumAlicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03328703522880424688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1342992335835058617.post-57517126483813409332013-08-01T00:30:11.291-07:002013-08-01T00:30:11.291-07:00I've never had pencil eye-liner melt before an...I've never had pencil eye-liner melt before and I've been using it for years. o.O

I have large pores that just suck everything up. I use a cream concealer and dab it onto my nose (the porous part of my face) blending through dabbing as well and while it doesn't conceal them completely it doesn't make them any bigger or irritated. Plus, don't use powder foundation on that shit it just makes them so obvious - especially on a hot day when your pores excrete oil and make little patches.

And, invest in a good eye-primer. You can use the cheapest eye-shadow and it'll look magical and blend like it's the most expensive.SarahWalrushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06243585007593534381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1342992335835058617.post-10389755998573250982013-07-31T07:32:35.892-07:002013-07-31T07:32:35.892-07:00Thanks for all the tips! Mixing black eyeshadow and a drop of water can make a pretty good liquid liner that can easily be applies with a angled eyeliner brush. Putting eyeshadow over eyeliner helps make it last longer and also smooth over any imperfections, this is best applied with an angled eyeliner brush. If you mess up on your eyeliner, do not remove it all and start over, dip a cotton swap in make up remover and only remove what needs to be redone. Always but face powder on with a face brush and not the puff thingy that comes with it, using a brush will help stop your make up from looking cakey. Also always moisturize before putting foundation on.

I think that is about it for make up tips I have learned over the years. I guess also, invest in a brush used specifically for blending. It is so much easier to blend with the proper brush.Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06408400112394689367noreply@blogger.com
